Why I Love Fall Most Of All



I don't know about you but Autumn or as some call it, Fall is my favorite season of the year.
It's the hush before Winter.  The gorgeous color of deciduous foliage and the cool weather is splendid.




I love the crisp air, the feel of crunchy leaves and wrapping myself in cozy blankets.




There's so much lovely stuff one can do in Autumn like drinking hot chocolate or tea, taking strolls in the evening, watching scary movies in preparation for Halloween, enjoying Fall drinks such as Pumpkin Spice Latte's. Its also apple-picking season and time for boot wear.





Going for road trips is an exceptional way to enjoy the nature at this time of the year. Thanksgiving is usually around the corner.




A fall to do list would definitely be : reading books while wrapped in warm cozy blankets, going to the pumpkin patch for the perfect pumpkins and watching Fall series.




Autumn summed up is: Thanksgiving, hot chocolate with marshmallows, scary movies marathon, rainy days, warm blankets, scented candles, cups of tea and carving pumpkins.







Furthermore, the sweet rustling of leaves,the comfort of an oversized sweater, a brisk breeze and yummy s'mores makes Fall exceptional.




Fun Facts about the origins of Halloween traditions:


Trick-or-treating; On All Soul's Day in England, people would give out pastries in exchange for dead relatives

Orange&Black; In Pagan harvest celebrations, orange symbolizes crops and black represents the death of summer


Masks&Costumes; Ancient Celts would wear masks to avoid being recognized by ghosts.

Jack O'Lantern; Scary faces were carved into turnips and potatoes in the Middle Ages to ward off evil spirits.


Fall outfits are comfy and stylish.





Lastly, as William Cullen Bryant said "Autumn, the year's last loveliest smile".

Travelling to the UK

A Look Back At One Of My Journey's to England. Travelling to Great Britain has always been something I'd wanted to do for a long time. Luckily, I got the chance to visit last year and it was nothing short of what I'd expected it to be. I had an amazing time and got to see most of its famed landmarks. I actually visited England twice, the first time was in Spring and I went to Liverpool. My stay up north west of England was memorable as there's so much history in this particular place.  The second time was in Autumn and I went to London for a couple of days. During my first trip, I was nervous and didn't know how it'd go.
