Sights to see in London Last year I traveled to London and spent a day exploring this lovely city. What I loved about the city in general is that all landmarks and attraction sites are within a walking distance from each other. I started the day by alighting at Westminster station, admired the River Thames and the bustling of people around while walking past Westminster Palace towards Trafalgar Square via 10 Downing Street and the changing of the Queen's Life guard at the Household Cavalry Museum. I made a quick stop at The National Gallery to cool down since the summer heat was becoming unbearable, saw a few artworks as well as paintings by Leonardo da Vinci and Vincent van Gogh.  At midday, I bought a sandwich and a drink then walked towards St. James' Park and had my lunch in the shade of enormous trees. The City of a Hundred Spires Prague otherwise known as the ‘Golden City of a Hundred Spires’ is a sophisticated city best known for its Gothic architecture.  Its the capital city of Czech Republic, a country in Central Europe renowned for its baroque buildings, a medieval Astronomical clock and Gothic churches.  Landmarks that you need to visit whilst in the city include: 1.
